Can I request a certain bouquet be made up?

We have a range of different bouquets on our website to choose from – however if you do want something specific we can do our best to help. Email thefloraldelivery@gmail.com to request a customized bouquet.

Where do you deliver?

The areas we deliver to include Wellington City, Khandallah, Crofton Downs, Kaiwharawhara, Wellington CBD, Thorndon Broadmeadows, Aro Valley, Kelburn, Northland, Karori Mount Victoria, Oriental Bay, Roseneath, Mount Cook, Newtown, Berhampore, Vogeltown, Kingston, Owhiro Bay, Island bay, Houghton Bay, Happy Valley , Hataitai, Kilbirnie, Rongatai, Lyall Bay, Miramar, Maupuia, Strathmore, Seatoun,Scorching Bay, Breaker Bay Lower Hutt, Petone, Normandale, Maungaraki Eastbourne, Upper Hutt, Stokes Valley,  Silverstream, Wainuiomata, Porirua, Elsden, Kenepuru, Papakowhai, Titahi Bay, Whitby, Plimmerton, Mana, Johnsonville, Churton Park, Newlands, Paparangi, Ngauranga, Wadestown, Wilton, Tawa, Grenada,  Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt , Porirua.

We do not deliver to the Kapiti Coast (anywhere north of Porirua) or the Wairarapa. No rural deliveries.

What time will my bouquet/ arrangement be delivered and can I request a time?

Our flowers will be delivered to residential and business addresses before 5pm on the day you request them to be delivered (If no date is selected we will presume it is for same day delivery).  

What days and times do you operate?

We deliver our flowers Monday –Saturday.

You can order flowers for same day delivery Monday - Friday before 12pm. If you order after this time the flowers will be delivered on the next working day.

Saturday orders must be ordered by Friday 12pm. If an order is placed after this time for the weekend it will be delivered on the next business day.

No deliveries on public holidays unless we have announced that we will be open. (We ARE open Valentines Day and Mothers Day) - if you do order for a day that we are closed your order will get delivered on the next working day.

Closed Sundays.

What if nobody is home?

If nobody is home to receive the flowers, we’ll do our best to find a discreet and shady spot for them and we will always leave them with a wet wrap around the stems. If you have any special delivery instructions you can let us know on the order page.

What if I enter the wrong address while ordering?

It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct address when ordering your flowers.

If you give us the wrong address and we are unable to deliver the flowers we will charge you a $10 re delivery fee to be delivered on the next business day. 

Remember we cannot deliver flowers if the property is gated or is an apartment building where we cannot enter the building. If we go to deliver a bouquet and cannot enter there will not be a refund but can re deliver for a $10 fee.
