How long will it take for my order to arrive?

NZ Wide Orders

Orders will be processed and dispatched in 1-3 business days (Mon- Fri excluding public holidays).

Shipping may take 2- 4 business days once dispatched (Mon- Fri excluding public holidays).

Please note: Shipping times are an estimate only.

Wellington Fresh Flower Delivery

We can provide a same day delivery service for this one product only: ‘Same Day Delivery Fresh Flower Bouquet Wellington NZ’ or products that state 'Same day delivery". 

*Same day delivery for dried products for delivery in Wellington NZ in our delivery area is available upon request*.

Same Day Delivery Requirements

Orders must be in before 3pm for delivery to residential addresses

Orders must be in before 12pm for delivery to businesses or workplaces.

All fresh flower deliveries must be in our delivery area list to be able to deliver same day & without incurring any extra fees. We can also send any add on products with the flowers.

Dried bouquets may be available for same day delivery or next day delivery in Wellington upon request – you must email us, but all dried flowers and floral products will be dispatched and shipped like any other order in NZ no matter where you are.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can! You will receive an email from us letting you know when your order has been processed and picked up by the courier. We use NZ Post. You will receive your tracking number via email from NZ Post once it has been scanned by the couriers, so please allow 2-4 days to receive this. You can also pop your track and trace number in here: https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking (if nothing is showing up your order may not of been scanned yet so check back later on!)

For Fresh Flower deliveries in Wellington NZ No you can’t track your order, we use a specialized courier to handle our fresh flower deliveries but they aim to deliver your flowers within 5 hours once the bouquet is picked up – please note this is an estimated timeframe only. You will not receive an email from us of delivery confirmation - you will only be emailed from us when it has been picked up and we will let the couriers do their thing!

I put information in the notes box at checkout but I can't see it on my email confirmation?

Yes & that's OK it has come through and we see it on our end! (this custom information just doesn't come up on the emails).

Can I change my order after it has been processed?

No unfortunately not, we cannot change or cancel your order – so be sure you have ordered what you want and provided the correct delivery details.

Can I receive a tax invoice / receipt?

Yes! We create tax invoices for all orders placed - we send them via email upon request so if you would like a tax invoice for your own records then just flick us an email!

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Please note that all our products can vary from batch to batch, due to being handmade and being from the earth.

How can I best look after my fresh flowers?

When you get them cut the bottom of the stems then place them in fresh water. Repeat this process approx every 3 days. Ensure there are no leaves in the water. Keep them out of direct sunlight eg don't leave on a window sill or a table that gets a lot of sun. Some flowers last longer than others so if you see one flower dying you can pull it out and enjoy the remaining flowers. Flowers are  a perishable product so will not last forever (approx a week) so enjoy them while you have them!

How do I look after my botanical smoke stick?

As you continue to use your botanical smoke stick you will reach the string and it will burn, this is ok (its pure 100% cotton & not dyed so it is organic & safe). You can pull the string down lower and tie it around the middle/ halfway so the bundle of foliage is still held together but is not in the way of the flames. 

My order hasn’t arrived?

The Floral Delivery is not responsible for the item once it has been dispatched and is with the courier. It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery details. You can track your order via your tracking number or contact NZ Post if you have any inquiries. Or if it is a fresh flower delivery in Wellington you can email us as long as it has been at least 6 hours since your order has been picked up.
