By ordering any product off www.thefloraldelivery.co.nz you agree to our Terms & Conditions

It is your responsibility to provide the correct details when you place your online order. This includes the delivery details such as name, address, email, contact phone number. Also the senders details and providing us with any card messages or delivery dates (if a pre order for fresh flowers, casket spray, funeral wreath, fresh flower crown etc). 

We offer same day fresh flower delivery to home addresses if ordered by strictly 3pm that day. If an order is placed after the cut off time for delivery it will be delivered on the next business day.

If ordering flowers for a business or workplace address cut off time for same day delivery orders is 12pm, if we receive an order for a business address after 12pm we have the right to deliver them on the next business day or we will take the extra costs for urgent delivery out of the flower value to get it there on time before the workplace closes. 

Due to the nature of our products we do not take responsibility for any damages of the product. You understand and agree that fresh & dried flowers, herbs and foliage are very delicate so order at your own risk.

Our products are intended for external use only. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Our products are not verified by the FDA. The Floral Delivery will not be held responsible for any consequences that may result from using our products. Discontinue use if you experience rash or irritation. Keep out of reach of children.

We cannot guarantee or confirm any delivery times or dates for your order.

Flower Delivery Subscriptions will be delivered on Fridays unless otherwise requested, or if we are closed then they will be sent on the day of The Floral Deliveries choosing.

If you order the product 'Pre Order Fresh Flowers'  and you do not provide us with a delivery date for your order in the notes section at checkout, we will deliver on a day of our choosing.

If you order a fresh flower bouquet and do not provide us with a card message in the notes section at checkout we will deliver the order without a greeting card and no message. 

If you place an order for delivery on a day when we are closed such as the weekend, public holiday or if we are on holiday then the order will be processed in the next 1-3 business days.

Our fresh flower bouquet product images are an example only - flower types and colours will vary from picture due to season and availability at the market. You as the customer can choose your colour palette and the florist will choose the flower types.

If your Fresh Flower order for delivery in Wellington NZ cannot be delivered either by being gated, need a passcode, not safe place to leave you will be required to pay for a second delivery. The Floral Delivery will not cover the charge of your second delivery or re delivery to a different address. We will be in touch with you via email to cover the cost. If the bouquet cannot be re delivered within 3 business days the flowers will be forfeited due to the nature of the perishable item and there will be no refund issued.

The Floral Delivery is not responsible for any product once it has been picked up by the courier. You can contact the courier company for further information.

You agree that we can provide your email address to NZ Post so they can send you tracking details for your order. If ordering fresh flowers in Wellington NZ you agree that we can provide our courier with you contact details so if there are any issues they can contact you.

If your order is being delivered to an apartment / gated house or community etc you must provide the contact phone number of the recipient so that the recipient can be contacted if need be so delivery can be completed. 

The couriers we use for fresh flower deliveries cannot call overseas phone numbers, New Zealand numbers only. The Floral Delivery communicates via email only.

We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges.

If you have ordered for a rural address or an address that is outside of our delivery area and haven’t paid extra for shipping we will not send your parcel until this has been paid (or if its flowers we may take the cost of rural delivery from the flower value). You allow us 1-4 extra days to get your order delivered. 

Your order details cannot be changed once it has been processed.

You may not sell or redistribute our products without permission.

The Floral Delivery Affiliate Terms & Conditions 

Payment of Commission

Commission of 10% is paid when a customer adds a product off thefloraldelivery.co.nz to their cart and purchases that product using your discount code and then the product is then shipped.

No commission will be given if a customer uses your discount code by adding it to their cart but does not complete the purchase. No commission will be given if a product is returned or refunded. No commission will be given if the customer decides to use a different discount code on their order instead of yours.

You will get paid on the 15th day of every month for the previous months earnings. This will be paid directly into your New Zealand bank account. Note all commissions include GST. You will be sent a tax receipt via email. An affiliate is responsible to pay their own taxes on all commission.

Affiliate Marketing

When sharing your discount code on social media you must always make it clear that this is advertising for The Floral Delivery by using #ad right at the start or end of your post. You are not permitted to send unsolicited emails or other materials whether online, in email or postal mail to any addresses. You may not under any circumstance send spam messages via social media by direct messaging, group messaging or commenting. You may not use a false email address pretending your someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or others. You may not submit false or misleading information. Affiliates may not publish discount codes on public websites or create pages claiming to contain them unless approved by us. Affiliates may, however, distribute discount codes to friends and family privately or via single social media posts or having it on your social media bio.

We may monitor, edit or remove content that we determine are offensive, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates our brand, business or this agreement. As The Floral Delivery cannot provide you with tracking details we agree that you will be paid for all completed sales using your personalized discount code.


Commissions are considered confidential, proprietary information between the affiliate and the The Floral Delivery. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from discussing publicly commission payouts and other program details in any public forum.

Changes to these terms

The Floral Delivery reserves the right to change these terms (including the commission rate of some or all products) at any time without notice. If you no longer wish to be a part of The Floral Delivery’s affiliate program following any changes or at any time you can contact us and let us know and we will delete your discount code.
